To cancel an order you have placed with Hunter’s Design, you must contact us by email (info@huntersdesignblinds.com) or by phone (812-483-4750). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting us about a cancellation, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please not that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
All items in stock are shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. We only ship products within the continental United States.
